Change can be disruptive, but doesn’t have to derail you.

I deeply value honest and practical coaching and guide those navigating life’s inevitable changes.

I speak to groups about authentic change management and coach individuals to help them rediscover their core values and truest purpose in the midst of change, regardless of what they’re up against.

One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring

As individuals, we have underestimated the power of conversation. Something unique happens in a one-on-on setting when we can just be honest and real. You’re the expert of your own life. You have everything you need, and my role is to guide you to see that.

The Conversation

In every interaction, I'll listen to you with intent. We'll work together through to see where you are and where you’re wanting to go, and I'll come to the table with encouragement, guidance, and validation.

The Tools

The tools and action plans that you will get access to will help you show up fully in your life.

The Work

It's your turn to put it all into practice. The tools that I introduce you to and the plans that we create together give you a specialized and intentional opportunity to go out into the world and welcome the inevitable changes that will occur.

Speaking

I create custom presentations to support your group in whatever you might be facing together. I love sharing my story as a reminder that we are not alone and that change can be a powerful opportunity if navigated intentionally.

Connecting through a shared experience can provide incredible value for groups, empowering you to work through change with fresh clarity.

The Presentation

I talk to groups about the impacts change can have on an individual and organizational level and provide practical applications to moving forward through change in an honest way. Modified to fit your group’s needs, these presentations are meant to connect people when things feel disrupted.

The Follow-Up

If you are wanting additional presentations or follow-up coaching on an individual or group level, let’s chat.

About me

Certified IPEC Coach  | M.A. Counseling Psychology

Change is one of those parts of life that reminds you that you don’t always have it figured out.

Nothing has humbled me quite as much as change. For so much of my life, the inevitability of change created a constant pattern of anxious acceptance, with each change exerting a significant amount of control over me.

But, with each instance, each new beginning or unexpected ending, I have the chance to take an honest look at myself and take a step toward a more authentic existence.

Through the constant cycle of change, I grew eternally gripped by the power of response – how we naturally respond to change. I love the idea of our constant evolution and I want to help people feel empowered to manage their change honestly.

Since college I have had an incredible interest in human behavior, especially pertaining to moments of change. I pursued counseling/psychology in graduate school and have spent the last 10 years pursuing deep spiritual and personal development while professionally pursuing a different field.

Working in startups, I was very aware of the volatility of concept creation and worked hard to understand and manage change around me. But even with that understanding, I realized I wasn’t living the most authentic version of my own life. Although I had murmurs of it in my career, working outside of counseling and psychology felt dishonest.

Either ironically or serendipitously, thanks to a significant change in my company, I was able to embrace the unknown and switch my career.

My hope is that we can all experience change honestly and let it reveal the truest versions of ourselves one conversation at a time.

If there is one thing I have figured out about change, it’s that it is a constant reminder that you don’t have it all figured out. But together, let’s work to change that.
